Reporting channels

Please note:
 This "Tell-Me-VES" whistleblower portal is a reporting channel operated by ADAC Versicherung AG in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act. It is operated by the Compliance Unit at ADAC Versicherung AG as an internal reporting office for ADAC Versicherung AG and its majority-owned subsidiaries.
 
 If you wish to submit a report concerning another ADAC company, please use their reporting channels. You will find the relevant information at https://www.adac.de/der-adac/compliance/.
 
Should you nevertheless decide to notify ADAC Versicherung AG in a case like this, we must point out that the special protection of the Whistleblower Protection Act does not apply to ADAC Versicherung AG. Reports for which the Compliance Unit at ADAC Versicherung AG is not responsible are, as a rule, forwarded to the competent ADAC company. You will be notified accordingly. The report will otherwise remain with the Compliance Unit of ADAC Versicherung AG and is processed there in accordance with the same confidentiality requirements.
