The "Tell-Me-VES" whistleblower portal provides a confidential and anonymous channel for users to report breaches of the law, white-collar crime and violations of ADAC guidelines. Users may also submit information concerning potential violations of human and environmental rights in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

The portal guarantees the protection of your identity, does not store IP addresses and allows anonymous communication via a protected mailbox.

The processing of reports on human rights and environmental violations in accordance with Section 12 German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act is governed by our Code of Procedure.

Please note: The "Tell-Me-VES" portal is used exclusively for reporting violations of the law and compliance issues. General complaints from policyholders and members of ADAC e.V. are not processed there. Separate contact points have been established for this purpose. How our whistleblower system protects you

The system does not store any IP addresses and does not use any tracking tools. It is not possible to trace a report back to you unless you provide data with which we could draw conclusions concerning your identity. Even if you provide your name, the processors will maintain the confidentiality of your identity in accordance with the legal requirements.

  • The system resembles a lockbox that is accessible from two sides.
  • Transmission of your details and files is encrypted.
  • We do not collect or receive any data to identify you.
  • Tracing the report back to you is technically impossible.


A protected mailbox to enable anonymous communication will be set up for you once you have submitted your report. You will be notified of follow-up measures concerning your report
